🏆 At the Karate South Africa National Children’s, Cadets and Junior Tournament in Durban (20–22 March), Milena earned a Bronze Medal in the 12–13 Girls Kumite +52kg division.

🌍 She then went on to represent South Africa at the World Karate Federation Youth League K1 in Harare, Zimbabwe (26–29 March), where she brought home another Bronze Medal in the 12–13 Girls Kata division!

Two tournaments. Two podium finishes. 💪🔥
